In an impressive demonstration of support, 25 leading chefs from across Vietnam convened at the Upscale Experience Zone in Galleria, Metropole to endorse Chef Vu Xuan Truong and his commis, Chef Đỗ Văn Đông, as they prepare for the upcoming Bocuse d’Or Asia-Pacific competition. Hosted by Upscale, this event not only highlighted Vietnam’s rising status in the global culinary scene but also reinforced Upscale’s position as a leader in national gastronomy and a pioneer in high-end kitchen appliances.
1. Bocuse d’Or Team Masterpiece Demonstration
The event kicked off with a breathtaking culinary demonstration by Chef Truong and his commis prepared on the Velacucina, the first invisible induction cooker in Southeast Asia. Their dish, a meticulously made lamb loin stuffed with caramelized onion and pistachio, wrapped in spinach mousse and tramezzini bread, met the rigorous standards of the Bocuse d’Or competitions. This display of culinary expertise showcased their skills and highlighted the cutting-edge capabilities of Upscale’s kitchen solutions, setting new standards in kitchen technology and design.
