Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed 3D designs and visualizations that showcase our innovative kitchen solutions within the client’s space.
Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure design concepts align with company goals and product offerings.
Engage directly with clients, partners, and showroom visitors to understand their needs and provide expert design advice.
Stay on top of the latest trends in kitchen design, technology, and materials to continuously innovate and improve our offerings.
Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the design process and ensuring their vision is brought to life.
Proficiently communicate the client’s requirements in Vietnamese as well as in English to team members.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our innovative product range, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide personalized product recommendations.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product functionality to customers, highlighting key selling points.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment that showcases the products effectively.
Proactively approach potential customers to offer assistance and provide product information, driving sales opportunities.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and foster long-term relationships.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings to provide informed insights to customers.
Collaborate with the management to meet KPI and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.
Work on the planning and implementation of project tasks from inception to completion. Ensure timely delivery of services, including the supervision of product installations and the resolution of any issues that arise.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate closely with management and sales teams to align project goals with company objectives and customer expectations.
Develop detailed project plans to track progress. Allocate resources effectively and adjust schedules as needed to meet project milestones.
Oversee the quality of installations and services provided, ensuring they meet Upscale’s standards and client specifications. Conduct final project evaluations and report on outcomes.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Proactively address any delays or complications, maintaining open communication with all stakeholders.
Gather client feedback post-installation to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
Implement changes to enhance future project delivery and customer experience.
Work closely with various departments, including product development and marketing, to provide insights on customer needs and market trends. Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.
